                        Interview with Columbus

 

Your job is to answer the question ‘Who’? Who was Christopher Columbus? Where was he born, where was he raised and what did he do before he went on his first voyage?

In order to find out this information, you will have an interview with Columbus. So your article will have the form of an interview. It could look something like this: 

R(eporter)       :           Congratulations on your discovery Mr Columbus.

C(olumbus)    :           Why, thank you very much.

R                     :           The readers of ‘The British Bundle’ would like to know a bit more

about you. Where and when were you born, Mr Columbus?

C                     :           Well, I was born on ……

 

etc.

2.         Write down the answers to your questions and again use the websites listed below to gather your information.

3.         Write your article as an interview. You can use the example above to start your interview if you wish to. Your interview should consist of 300 to 500 words. You can also include pictures.
